According to ACSI, private Christian schools should derive their annual budget by 80% tuition, 20% fundraising. Cadillac Heritage Christian School derives its budget by 70% tuition, 30% fundraising. In recent years, we have taken the stance that we will not try to “sell” you something in order to raise funds. In the fall our students participate in the "Hoops & Loops Program." We also have our Read-a-Thon each March. The following is a list of programs that we use for two reasons – first, to help reduce tuition costs for our families and second to assist meeting the 30% fundraising goal to make our annual budget. If you have any questions, please call the school office.

TRIP stands for the “Tuition Reduction Incentive Program”. Great Lakes Scrip Center is the company we use to facilitate the “Scrip” orders. TRIP and Scrip are words that are used interchangeably – and they both represent the gift cards you can purchase for items you use everyday! You earn back a certain percentage (amount varies according to retailer). 50% of the amount earned can be applied to your tuition and 50% to the General Fund, or all of it can be applied to the General Fund. The amount you designate to the General Fund will go to reduce your fundraising commitment.
